All vacations planned by Posh Vacations are customized and tailored to each and every client, which can involve a lot of detail & fine-tuning along the way.

Most Mexico & Caribbean destinations are planned at no additional cost.*

Disney vacations are no walk in the park (no pun intended lol) and therefore, require extensive experience, knowledge and detailed strategies. Our vacation planning services extend far beyond simply booking your hotel or package. We dot every i & cross every t when it comes to Disney vacations- from dining reservations, VIP tours, other experience reservations (example: Bibbidi Bobbed Boutique, Pirates League, Droid Depot, Light Saber workshop, Special Event tickets, etc..), to Lightning Lane selections, spa appointments, cabana rentals, stroller rentals…the list goes on! Our ultimate goal is to ensure every single Disney vacation we plan for our clients is truly magical & seamless from the very start of the booking process with us.
All Disney vacations planned for January 1, 2021 and on will require a $200 vacation design fee.** This fee is required for any and all Disney Destinations, including: Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and Adventures by Disney destinations.
We value our loyal and return customers. Vacation design fee discounts may be offered for repeat clients, top referring clients, multiple room bookings, and/or large groups.

We pride ourselves on planning luxury Disney vacations. Your investment allows us the ability to spend extra time in planning all of the details your vacation, big and small, while also providing superior customer service and care for our clients.
A La Carte Planning Fees:

• Travel booked within 30 days of departure: Vacation Design Fee + $100 rush planning fee

• Theme park ticket only purchases: Vacation Design Fee + $100 ticket only purchase fee

• Pre-Existing vacation assistance: Daily planning fee at discretion of agency

*To be determined by agency on an individual basis.

**Some clients enjoy booking their own Disney dining & experiences & that is more than ok! We also want you to know that you still do have that option of freedom & flexibility to manage your vacation when choosing to work with us. In cases like this, planning fees are usually waived if we are just booking your hotel and/or package only.

For starters, vacation planning can be more in depth than most people realize. Many people don’t want to think of things going wrong prior to or during their vacation (weather, flight delays & cancelations, sickness, injury, etc), but that can happen & when you have a dedicated agent, we are there for support every step of the way rather than you having to handle this all on your own. We do ALL the work for you!

Another reason- most people are quite busy & vacation planning can be fairly time consuming. This is our full time job, so we gladly spend the time researching & planning your trip for you so all you have to do is choose your destination, pack your bags and go! 

We also work diligently to get you the best pricing. Even after you book, we monitor new deals & offers & when applicable, apply it to your existing reservation. In the booking process as we’re researching quotes for you, we work with multiple suppliers & will always give our clients the best deals & prices we find!

Getting our clients incredible deals & saving them money through promos & discounts is something we pride ourselves on. Special offers and promotions vary by destination, resort and time of year & will come from the supplier for our agency to pass onto our clients. Many times, we do have special offers we receive that we can pass onto you. We also proactively search for special rates so that we can pass those onto our clients even after travel is booked (if the reservation qualifies).
